The Comfort Plan

Most Breakdowns Announce Themselves Months Ahead

A capacitor reads weak in April. A heat exchanger shows wear in October. The Comfort Plan is two tune-ups a year — timed to catch the announcement before it becomes a hot house in July or a cold one in January.

How It Works

Two Seasons, Two Visits, One Running Record

Spring

Spring for the cooling side — before the first heat wave finds the weak part. Refrigerant pressures, capacitor and electrical readings, condensate drain, coils, and airflow.

Fall

Fall for the heating side — burners, ignition, heat exchanger inspection, and a combustion safety and carbon monoxide check on every gas furnace.

All year

Priority scheduling when you need us and no after-hours fees, ever. Members go to the front of the board.

The Part Nobody Else Offers

Watch Your System Age Honestly

Every tune-up ends the way every Amador visit ends — findings in writing, with photos. Year over year, that builds a running record of your system: the readings, the wear, the small fixes. So the day the replacement conversation comes, it comes with years of your own data behind it — not a stranger’s opinion on your worst afternoon.

The Honest Version

A Tune-Up Doesn’t Make a System Immortal

Parts still age and machines still quit — usually on the hottest or coldest day, because that’s when they work hardest. What two visits a year does is simple: most failures show up in the readings first, and a part swapped in April costs a fraction of the same part at 9 PM in July. When something does surprise us, you’re a member — you’re at the front of the board with no after-hours fee.
